A telemedicine platform for the Middle East with 80,000+ users, connecting people with licensed mental health professionals and medical specialists. I work on its customer-facing app, Admin platform and marketing website.

Highlights
- Developed and maintained customer-facing and Admin platform features for a healthcare application serving 80,000+ users
- Designed analytical dashboards tracking client acquisition, retention, bookings, consultant performance and revenue, reducing manual reporting effort by about 30–40%
- Built and optimized CRUD management modules across Admin and operational systems, improving content management, configurability and internal workflows
- Configured WHO-recommended ICD-10 medical classification codes for categories and specialties, improving compliance and data standardization
- Led performance and technical SEO work on the Next.js website, raising Lighthouse scores from 70 to 99 on desktop and from the 50s to the 80s on mobile, and cutting the bundle from 16 MB to under 5 MB
- Led the migrations from Next.js 14 to 16 and Angular 14 to 17, improving scalability and long-term stability
Overview
Estenarh offers confidential mental health and medical consultations in Arabic and English. At IOMechs I work across three parts of it: the app patients use, the Admin platform the business runs on, and the public marketing website built with Next.js.
